II. PURPOSE
These conditions regulate the contractual relationship between RUBEN MURIAS ALCAZAR, owner of arkenza.es, and the user who makes a purchase through the website. Placing an order implies full acceptance of these conditions.
III. PURCHASE PROCESS
To place an order, the user must select the desired products, add them to the cart, and complete the payment process by providing the necessary data. Once the order is confirmed, they will receive a confirmation email with a summary of the purchase. The sales contract is perfected at the moment the seller confirms the order by email.
IV. PRICES AND PAYMENTS
All prices published on arkenza.es are expressed in euros and include the applicable VAT. RUBEN MURIAS ALCAZAR reserves the right to modify prices at any time, although orders already confirmed will be invoiced at the price in effect at the time of purchase.
Accepted payment methods are those indicated in the purchase process. All payments are made through secure platforms with SSL encryption.
V. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping times and conditions are detailed in the Shipping Policy available on the website. RUBEN MURIAS ALCAZAR is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as strikes, natural disasters, or carrier delays.
VI. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from receipt of the order, without needing to provide any justification.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must communicate it in writing to info@arkenza.es within the indicated period. Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with intact packaging. Return costs will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or does not match the order placed.
VII. WARRANTIES AND RETURNS
All products sold on arkenza.es are subject to the legal warranty of conformity established in current regulations. If the product has a defect or does not match the description, the customer must contact info@arkenza.es within a maximum period of 2 years from receipt, providing a description of the defect and photographs if necessary.
VIII. LIABILITY
RUBEN MURIAS ALCAZAR shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or loss of data derived from the use or inability to use the purchased products, except in cases where current legislation does not permit such exclusion.
IX. DATA PROTECTION
Personal data provided during the purchase process will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the website's Privacy Policy and in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
X. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The European Commission has an online dispute resolution platform available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. For any claims, the customer can contact info@arkenza.es. In case of judicial dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona.
XI. APPLICABLE LAW
These conditions are governed by Spanish law. In matters not provided for, Spanish regulations on electronic commerce, consumer protection, and other current provisions shall apply.
